Virginia Robinson Gardens is a Beverly Hills historic estate at 1008 Elden Way, built in 1911 as the first luxury estate in Beverly Hills and listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The six-acre property, open to the public by appointment, offers docent-led tours and is available for photo shoots. The estate features several distinct garden settings used for photo shoots, including an Australian King Palm Forest, a Rose Garden, and an Italian Terrace Garden, alongside a mansion and pool pavilion. Built in 1911 and bequeathed to Los Angeles County in 1977, the estate has been maintained by the County and the Friends of Robinson Gardens, a non-profit founded in 1982 that published the first book about the Robinson estate in 2011. Located in Beverly Hills, California, behind the Beverly Hills Hotel, at 1008 Elden Way, Beverly Hills, CA 90210. Visitors highlight the well-maintained grounds, knowledgeable and enthusiastic docents, the King Palm Forest, five distinct gardens, and the estate home preserved with its original decor and artwork.
