The Barker Hangar is a Santa Monica event venue housed in a historic airplane hangar at the Santa Monica Airport, available for private and corporate events including gala dinners, awards shows, and wedding receptions. The venue offers 35,000 square feet of clear-span floor space with a 43-foot arched steel truss ceiling, accommodating sit-down dinners for up to 1,600 guests and standing events for up to 3,000, with an additional 6,000 square feet of dressing, production, and conference rooms. Family owned and operated since 1969, the hangar is currently owned and operated by Judi Barker, a native of Southern California. Located at the Santa Monica Airport, two miles from the I-10 and I-405 freeways and minutes from LAX, Beverly Hills, Century City, Malibu, and Pacific Palisades.
