La Casita Del Arroyo

La Casita Del Arroyo is a Pasadena wedding and event venue located on the banks of the Arroyo, in a 1933 community meeting house designed by architect Myron Hunt. The venue features gardens with California native plants, a butterfly sanctuary, and a hall available for weddings, reunions, conferences, and other gatherings. The original building was constructed from materials salvaged from the Arroyo and the wood velodrome built for the 1932 Olympics. La Casita is a designated Pasadena Cultural Heritage Landmark, is on the National Register of Historic Places, and received a Historic Preservation Rehabilitation Award from the City of Pasadena in 2015. Located at 177 S Arroyo Blvd, Pasadena, CA; facility rentals are managed through the City of Pasadena. Visitors highlight the views of the Colorado Street Bridge, the garden and walking paths, and the clean, comfortable facilities.
