Rusty's Rhythm Club

Rusty's Rhythm Club is a Los Angeles-area swing dance venue and live music event producer, offering weekly dances with live bands and beginner classes at The Elks Lodge in Playa Del Rey. The club presents live swing music spanning vintage swing, big bands, Rockabilly, Rock 'n' Roll, Doo Wop, Neo Swing, and West Coast Swing, with a beginner class included before each dance and intermediate guest instructor classes on Friday nights. Founded in 1998, Rusty's Rhythm Club has hosted live bands from all over the world and is currently hosting its 26th Swingiversary dance. Regularly located at The Elks Lodge, 8025 W. Manchester Avenue, Playa Del Rey, CA 90293, with special events held at additional Los Angeles-area venues such as the Zimmerman Automobile Driving Museum in El Segundo. Attendees consistently describe a welcoming crowd, excellent live bands, and a low-pressure environment where dancers of all skill levels are encouraged onto the floor.
