The Cave Catering Co.

The Cave Catering Co. is a Long Beach-based catering company led by Chef Juan and Chef Nicole, serving weddings, private dinners, corporate events, and social gatherings across LA and Orange County. The Cave offers customized menus tailored to client taste and budget, with locally sourced produce and fresh ingredients; signature items at weddings have included lamb chops, shrimp aguachile shooters, and grilled cheese and bruschetta for cocktail hour. The Cave started during the COVID-19 pandemic as small private dinners and has since grown to serve large catering events, including weddings. Based in Long Beach at 456 Elm Ave, serving the LA and Orange County area. Couples and guests consistently praise the food quality, Chef Nicole's responsiveness before and during events, and staff professionalism; one wedding client noted Nicole tracked down replacement chargers the night before the wedding after their own were broken.
