DoLy's Delectables is a Long Beach cafe and bakery offering French-inspired pastries and breakfast fare, made from scratch near downtown Long Beach. The cafe follows French baking traditions with in-house pastries including croissants, cream puffs, and eclairs, alongside croissant breakfast sandwiches and a cafe menu; a noon pastry happy hour is also offered. Co-owned by chef Son Ly, a Le Cordon Bleu Pasadena graduate who trained under Chef Mehdi Boudiab at Anisette Brasserie in Santa Monica and previously held a lead role at Le Pain Du Jour, and by Julie Do, who studied business and hospitality and worked in corporate food service roles. Located near downtown Long Beach, within walking distance of the Westin Hotel, Convention Center, and aquarium area.
