Birth and Beauty is a Burbank-based birth photography and doula service led by Leona, offering birth photography, videography, maternity portraiture, lifestyle newborn sessions, and combined doula-photographer (doulatog) support. Leona is known for the doulatog format, combining certified birth doula support with documentary birth photography and filmmaking, as well as maternity portraits and lifestyle newborn sessions focused on real connection over posed setups. Leona has supported families through pregnancy and birth since 2013, relocated to Los Angeles in 2017, and became a certified birth doula in 2021. Serves families across Los Angeles and Orange Counties, with select availability in San Diego, Riverside, and Ventura Counties. Clients consistently highlight Leona's calming presence during labor, her unobtrusive approach to photography even through extended labors, her ability to capture raw emotion in both photos and highlight videos, and the value of her combined doula and photographer role.
