Heart Melting Events is a San Luis Obispo wedding planning, design, and management company led by owner and founder Tracey Jones, offering full-service coordination along California's Central Coast. Heart Melting Events offers three core packages (full planning and design, partial design and management, and a management-only package), plus a la carte services and coordination for related events such as rehearsal dinners, bridal showers, and day-after brunches. Tracey received her certification as a Certified Professional Wedding and Event Planner from Lovegevity Wedding Planning Institute in September of 2015 and started Heart Melting Events that same year; her twin sister Lacey has worked as day-of assistant and lead coordinator since the beginning. Heart Melting Events serves couples up and down California's Central Coast. Couples highlight Tracey's detail-oriented logistics, calm problem-solving under pressure (including handling ceremony crashers and a broken dress strap on the spot), and the seamless coordination delivered by her team, with several noting they were able to fully relax and enjoy their wedding day as a result.
