Brooklyn Family Portrait is a Brooklyn-based portrait photography business led by Lizzy "Snaps," serving families and couples in the Brooklyn and Huntington areas. Lizzy combines a fine art background with a street photography reportage style, mixing spontaneous moments with directed formal portraits; she also photographs proposals and engagements on location. Lizzy holds a BFA in Fine Art Photography from SUNY Purchase (2002) and has worked professionally since graduating, including over 15 years shooting for the New York Post, and editorial work for Time Out NY, Blackbook, TV Guide Magazine, and Nike. She started her own photography business in 2011. Based in Park Slope, Brooklyn, with a second studio in Huntington; serves the Brooklyn and Huntington community.
