Pinch Food Design

Pinch Food Design is a New York City catering company, based in Chelsea, that blends food and design to create culinary experiences across weddings, brand events, corporate receptions, conferences, and private celebrations. Pinch is known for intentional menus, interactive food stations, in-house-designed food displays (including custom carts and specialty tables), and everything prepared in their Chelsea kitchen and finished on-site for peak freshness. Led by Executive Chef and Founder Bob Spiegel, the team includes chefs, designers, event producers, mixologists, and service managers from an international mix of backgrounds. Based at 545 W 27th St in New York City, serving events throughout NYC. Couples and event planners highlight the team's clear communication, creative collaboration, professional and attentive staff, and food that is both visually distinctive and well-received by guests.
