Little Gem Catering

Little Gem Catering is a New York City-based full-service catering company led by president Jordana and executive chef Eduardo, operating out of their East 62nd Street commissary. Little Gem focuses on clean, creative, and seasonal menus with health-conscious cooking, a signature one-bite canape program developed by Chef Eduardo, and accommodation of special dish, cocktail, and dietary requests. After 15 years in the event industry, Jordana founded Little Gem following a decade at luxury accessories brand Coach, where she led their global special events department, and prior roles in luxury PR and film premieres at Miramax; Chef Eduardo trained at Gemma restaurant and the catering company Bite before co-founding Little Gem. Based in Manhattan, Little Gem will cater anywhere within a 4 hour drive from Manhattan.
