Music Inn Variety Show

Music Inn Variety Show, billed as 'Live at the Inn,' is a weekly BYOB comedy and variety show held at Music Inn World Instruments, a Greenwich Village record store in operation since 1958. Each show mixes stand-up comedy sets, live music, and character performances, hosted by Stephen Sihelnik, Alex Payne, and Clayton Smith, with rotating lineups that have included touring headliners and guest performers. The show launched in 2019, ran sold-out performances for 15 months before a pandemic hiatus, and resumed in 2022; the Music Inn itself has operated continuously since 1958 and has been featured in The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, Bob Dylan's A Complete Unknown, TimeOut NY, The Nudge, and the New York Comedy Festival.
