Blooms 'N Bliss Floral + Event Styling + All Inclusive Picnic Services is a Concord-based floral design boutique and event styling studio serving the San Francisco Bay Area, led by owner and certified floral designer Carlota Lock. Carlota works with clients on floral arrangements, tablescapes, and full event atmospheres for weddings, dinner parties, showers, picnics, and milestone celebrations, and also offers event day coordination so hosts can enjoy the event while details are managed in the background. Carlota earned her certification in floral design in 2018 and launched Blooms 'N Bliss after working in hospitality and service, where her interest in floral design, home staging, and decor developed. Blooms 'N Bliss serves the San Francisco Bay Area, including Walnut Creek, Danville, Lafayette, Pleasant Hill, Concord, Moraga, Berkeley, Oakland, Napa, San Francisco, San Ramon, Livermore, and surrounding communities. Clients describe Carlota as highly attentive to personal details such as a guest's favorite color and preferred flowers, praise her tablescapes and floral arrangements as elegant and thoughtfully composed, and note that her setup, removal, and communication process runs smoothly for intimate gatherings such as a 20-person wedding picnic.

This vendor hasn’t completed verification

Verified vendors have uploaded credentials such as a business license or proof of insurance, and our team reviewed each document by hand. Verification is a trust signal, not a requirement: you can still reach out, and payments run through Stripe either way.

Blooms 'N Bliss Floral + Event Styling + All Inclusive Picnic Services hasn't claimed their United Vows profile yet, but you can still reach them.

We don't have an email address on file for Blooms 'N Bliss Floral + Event Styling + All Inclusive Picnic Services, so we can't forward an inquiry to them. The way to reach them today is to call (510) 495-7042. You can still send one here — we'll keep it on your inquiries list, and it will be waiting for them the moment they claim this profile.

Two things worth knowing before you transact:

If your booking happens on United Vows: A $100 United Vows welcome or favor credit, if you hold one — this credit comes off one booking here, in full, funded from our commission on it, once that booking is a booking of $2,900 or more, paid to them in a single payment of at least $1,500 — you get messaging, quotes and contracts in one place, your payment runs securely through Stripe against a signed contract, and if the vendor no-shows, cancels close to your date or delivers nothing you can file a claim from the booking, which they have seven days to answer.
If the booking happens off-platform: none of the above. Your credits don't redeem. We can't help if anything goes sideways.

The simplest move: when you reach out, ask Blooms 'N Bliss Floral + Event Styling + All Inclusive Picnic Services to claim their profile. It's free and takes a few minutes. It keeps your booking on the platform where everything we built for you actually works.
