The Table Catering

The Table Catering is a Berkeley-born, Oakland-operated catering company led by Chef Peter and Nicole, offering farm-to-table cuisine for weddings and events. The Table focuses on sustainable California cuisine sourced from local and organic farms, with menus that accommodate vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, and dairy-free dietary needs. Chef Peter trained at Chez Panisse and served as Executive Sous at Google, bringing fine dining techniques to wedding menus including braised short ribs, lemongrass chicken over risotto, and hand-crafted grazing boards. Chef Peter has been cooking in the East Bay since 2003, holds two culinary degrees from California Culinary Academy and a Bachelor's in Chemistry from UC Berkeley, and honed his skills at Bucci's, Chez Panisse, and Garibaldis; Nicole brings 20+ years of operations and hospitality experience including roles at UC Berkeley International House and Hotel Shattuck Plaza. Based in Berkeley with a focus on events within the East Bay, including Oakland.
