Caterman Catering is a San Jose-based full-service caterer and event planner serving corporate clients and weddings across the San Francisco Bay Area. Caterman offers custom menus with more than 80% of food prepared from scratch using seasonal ingredients, with sauces, desserts, and core components made in-house; packages include buffet and full-service options with dietary accommodations handled per guest. Led by CEO and Owner Semih Gun, with Executive Chef Maria Rita Gun overseeing culinary production and Carmen Lugo serving as Event Coordinator. Based in San Jose at 403B Reynolds Circle, serving clients across the San Francisco Bay Area including the South Bay. Wedding clients frequently praise the food quality (notably short ribs and wedding cakes), the attentiveness of Carmen and the service staff, and the flexibility on menu adjustments; one corporate client noted ongoing communication and logistics issues that caused delays on the event day.

This vendor hasn’t completed verification

Verified vendors have uploaded credentials such as a business license or proof of insurance, and our team reviewed each document by hand. Verification is a trust signal, not a requirement: you can still reach out, and payments run through Stripe either way.

Caterman Catering Corporate And Wedding Caterer | Bay Area Professional Catering hasn't claimed their United Vows profile yet, but you can still reach them.

We don't have an email address on file for Caterman Catering Corporate And Wedding Caterer | Bay Area Professional Catering, so we can't forward an inquiry to them. The way to reach them today is to call (408) 441-8719. You can still send one here — we'll keep it on your inquiries list, and it will be waiting for them the moment they claim this profile.

Two things worth knowing before you transact:

If your booking happens on United Vows: A $100 United Vows welcome or favor credit, if you hold one — this credit comes off one booking here, in full, funded from our commission on it, once that booking is a booking of $2,900 or more, paid to them in a single payment of at least $1,500 — you get messaging, quotes and contracts in one place, your payment runs securely through Stripe against a signed contract, and if the vendor no-shows, cancels close to your date or delivers nothing you can file a claim from the booking, which they have seven days to answer.
If the booking happens off-platform: none of the above. Your credits don't redeem. We can't help if anything goes sideways.

The simplest move: when you reach out, ask Caterman Catering Corporate And Wedding Caterer | Bay Area Professional Catering to claim their profile. It's free and takes a few minutes. It keeps your booking on the platform where everything we built for you actually works.
