CA Bakehouse is a San Jose bakery rooted in a three-generation family baking tradition, known as the home of the original Green Waffle. CA Bakehouse offers Vietnamese and Chinese-influenced pastries including pandan green waffles, choux, croissants, egg tarts, and pandan-flavored breads, using signature recipes updated with a modern approach. The Lam Family's baking tradition began in Vietnam and China, continued in America from 1990 with their first store Le Monde, then Century Bakery in Little Saigon in East Side San Jose, with CA Bakehouse as its successor.
