Photosprouts Palo Alto

Photosprouts is a photography school offering in-person and online workshops in San Francisco and Palo Alto, covering beginner through advanced levels. Photosprouts runs small-group classes (maximum six attendees) with hands-on, curriculum-driven sessions across topics including portrait lighting, night photography, macro, smartphone photography, and a preteen summer camp; modern mirrorless cameras are provided so students do not need to own equipment before attending. Photosprouts has been featured on the CBS Lifestyle TV Show 'This Is SF'. Classes are held in San Francisco at 535 Mission Street and in Palo Alto; online classes are also available. Students across beginner, intermediate, and camp-level courses highlight patient, responsive instructors (including Christina, Jordi, and Juan Carlos), hands-on field exercises at locations such as MOMA and the Ferry Building, and small class sizes that allow for personalized instruction.
