Twilight Kitchen

Twilight Kitchen is a Chicago catering operation, food emporium, and event space led by chef and owner Christopher Sullivan, specializing in catering, custom menus, and prepared foods. Twilight Kitchen offers catering for offices, parties, and weddings with custom menus, as well as food deliveries, meal kits, pop-up dinners, a weekly Sunday market, and an event space at its Rogers Park location on Clark Street. Christopher Sullivan is a self-taught culinary professional with over 30 years of experience in the restaurant industry, including roles at Blackbird and Avec with Chicago's One Off Hospitality, as Executive Chef of Ikram Cafe from 2011 to 2018, and at Bouley, Union Pacific, and Home Restaurant in New York City. Twilight Kitchen launched in 2021 and was profiled in the Chicago Reader by restaurant critic Mike Sula in January 2025. Based in Chicago's Rogers Park neighborhood at 7135 N Clark Street. Couples and their families praise Christopher's willingness to work within budgets, his use of fresh and local produce, attentiveness to guest allergies, and his ability to coordinate food preparation and service even at venues without a kitchen.
