KayBee Photos is an Oak Forest-based photography team offering wedding, portrait, and event photography, led by best-friend duo Kirstie Bussie and Sarah Strickland. Both photographers work in a photojournalistic and contemporary style; Kirstie focuses on weddings and Sarah brings out-of-the-box client ideas to life across portrait, wedding, and event photography. Kirstie founded KayBee Photos after graduating from Benedictine University in 2014, and Sarah began pursuing photography professionally in 2013 before becoming a managing partner the following year. Based in the United States, with work documented in locations including Starved Rock and the Chicago area. Couples and portrait clients consistently highlight the team's calm, personable presence, strong direction for camera-shy subjects, and careful attention to both big emotional moments and quieter ones in between.
