FARE

FARE is an Oak Park caterer and fast-casual restaurant focused on fresh, seasonal, scratch-made food with no seed oils, no refined sugars beyond a few coffee drinks, and full ingredient transparency. FARE offers seasonal bowls and plates, breakfast, and a catering menu built around customizable proteins, sides, and seasonal bases, with 99% of items made in-house including dressings and roasted vegetables. Founded by Kasia Bednarz in 2010 as a small counter in a downtown Chicago food hall, FARE has grown into a multi-location brand with locations across Chicago and Charlotte. FARE operates locations in Oak Park, Logan Square, the Chicago Loop, Northwestern Memorial Hospital, and additional Chicago-area sites, with Charlotte, NC locations opening in fall 2026.
