Arrowhead Golf Club is a Wheaton, Illinois golf course venue offering weddings and private events in rooms overlooking the golf course, with both outdoor ceremony and indoor reception options. The venue hosts one wedding per day and includes a partnered bakery for cake as part of packages, with available add-ons such as an iPad photo booth; event staff coordinate logistics on the wedding day and provide photographers with a map of photo locations on the grounds. The property has operated as Arrowhead Golf Club since 1929, and is owned by the Wheaton Park District, which purchased the 221-acre site in 1982. The club received recertification as a Certified Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary. Located at 26W151 Butterfield Rd., Wheaton, IL 60189. Wedding guests and couples highlight the outdoor ceremony grounds, attentive banquet staff (including coordinators Olivia and Emily by name), the single-wedding-per-day policy, and food quality at receptions.

This vendor hasn’t completed verification

Verified vendors have uploaded credentials such as a business license or proof of insurance, and our team reviewed each document by hand. Verification is a trust signal, not a requirement: you can still reach out, and payments run through Stripe either way.

Arrowhead Golf Club hasn't claimed their United Vows profile yet, but you can still reach them.

We don't have an email address on file for Arrowhead Golf Club, so we can't forward an inquiry to them. The way to reach them today is to call (630) 653-5800. You can still send one here — we'll keep it on your inquiries list, and it will be waiting for them the moment they claim this profile.

Two things worth knowing before you transact:

If your booking happens on United Vows: A $100 United Vows welcome or favor credit, if you hold one — this credit comes off one booking here, in full, funded from our commission on it, once that booking is a booking of $2,900 or more, paid to them in a single payment of at least $1,500 — you get messaging, quotes and contracts in one place, your payment runs securely through Stripe against a signed contract, and if the vendor no-shows, cancels close to your date or delivers nothing you can file a claim from the booking, which they have seven days to answer.
If the booking happens off-platform: none of the above. Your credits don't redeem. We can't help if anything goes sideways.

The simplest move: when you reach out, ask Arrowhead Golf Club to claim their profile. It's free and takes a few minutes. It keeps your booking on the platform where everything we built for you actually works.
