Rosetta Bakery is a Miami Beach Italian bakery and cafe founded by four friends from Milan, offering freshly baked breads, pastries, sandwiches, and espresso. Italian chefs prepare everything daily using traditional recipes and ingredients sourced directly from Italy, with a rotating live menu visible through a glass-wall kitchen that spans breads, pastries, and savory dishes. Starting from its first bakery in Miami, Rosetta Bakery has grown to multiple locations across the U.S. Located on Collins Avenue in Miami Beach, with additional locations across the U.S. Visitors highlight the fresh croissants and pastries, bold espresso, friendly and fast staff, indoor and outdoor seating, and an atmosphere that recalls European bakeries.
