Manolo Doreste Photographer

Manolo Doreste is a Miami-based wedding and portrait photographer, also based in New York, working in a cinematic style across weddings, lifestyle, and commercial projects. Manolo shoots in an artist-driven, cinematic style with attention to natural light, art direction, and a theater background that informs his approach to composition and directing subjects; he also handles commercial work, which accounts for roughly 40% of his business, with clients including Omega, J.P. Morgan, Neiman Marcus, and The Ritz-Carlton. Manolo incorporated his company in May of 2002 and professionally shot his first wedding that July; he trained alongside commercial photographers Eileen Escarda and Dan Hubbard in architecture, fashion, editorial, food, advertising, and travel, and has been recognized as one of the Top 100 Wedding Professionals. Based in Miami, Florida and New York, with availability to travel internationally. Couples consistently cite Manolo's calm, efficient presence on the wedding day, his ability to give just the right amount of direction, his attention to natural light and detail, and photos that reviewers describe as looking like they belong in a magazine; several clients have returned to work with him across engagements, pregnancies, and newborn sessions over more than a decade.
