The West Events

The West Events is an industrial-chic event venue in Madeira Beach, Florida, set in a mid-century building steps from the Gulf Coast and available for weddings, receptions, and a range of private events. The venue features exposed brick walls, polished concrete floors, and an open floor plan that accommodates ceremonies, cocktail hours, and receptions without room flips; all-inclusive micro wedding packages for up to 100 guests and full-capacity events up to 200 are available, with beach ceremonies offered across the street. The building has stood in Madeira Beach for over 65 years; the venue was converted from a former laundromat by owner Laurie Davidson-Smith, and venue manager Heather Smith has worked in the wedding and event industry since 2015.
