Flor + Palma

Flor + Palma is a Tampa Bay floral design studio offering custom floral arrangements, event installations, and a signature flower bar experience for weddings and other occasions. Founded by Carmen and Sandra, the studio is known for bouquets featuring rare and unique stems, large-scale event installations, an interactive flower truck, and locally grown flowers from their own farm. Led by Carmen, a science educator and farm owner, and Sandra, whose background is in fashion design, the two co-founded the studio from a shared interest in flowers, gardens, and crafted products.
