Monroe Street Abbey

Monroe Street Abbey is a historic Phoenix event venue housed in a former church building, offering indoor and outdoor space for weddings and gatherings. The venue features a soaring rose window facade, a seven-story bell tower, a tranquil garden courtyard open to the sky, a luminous gallery space, and a loft overlooking the courtyard, with in-house bar service and fresh, seasonal cuisine. Originally built in 1929 as First Baptist Church, the building served as a church until the 1970s, survived a devastating fire in 1984, and has since undergone a preservation-driven transformation into its current event space.
