Founder and CEO Robert Setzer began his culinary career at 15 and holds an Associate's Degree in Culinary Arts from The Art Institute of Phoenix and a Bachelor's in Culinary Management, with past roles as Executive Sous Chef at La Grande Orange and True Food Kitchen and Executive Chef at Arcadia Room. Executive Chef Thomas Gubitosi brings over a decade of professional culinary experience. Based in the Greater Phoenix area, serving clients across the Valley.
