The Event Concierge

The Event Concierge is a Phoenix-based event and meeting planning company, founded by Julie Wong, CMP, that handles both social and corporate events in local and national markets. The company offers customized solutions covering site selection, budget planning, transportation, food and beverage planning, entertainment, and audio/visual production, with a team that includes Event Operations Manager Michael St. Peters, who brings over 25 years of hospitality industry experience. Founded in April 2006 by Julie Wong, CMP, a minority and woman-owned business; Julie holds a hospitality degree from Northern Arizona University, completed a hospitality study program in Switzerland, and interned with the PGA at the Phoenix Open and the AT&T National Pro-Am at Pebble Beach. The Event Concierge provides services locally in the Phoenix area and nationally, with past projects including multi-city hotel bookings and a week-long meeting in Las Vegas.
