Rustler's Rooste is a Phoenix steakhouse and bar, established in 1971, that hosts live country-western music nightly alongside steaks, ribs, and western-themed events. Two resident bands, the Marble Heart Band (Mondays and Tuesdays) and the Peso Dollar Band (Wednesdays through Sundays), play country-western music seven nights a week from a 2-story venue with a saloon, indoor waterfall, slide, and city views.
