The Laboratory Mill is a historic wedding venue in Lincolnton, NC, set in a 200-year-old mill beside the South Fork of the Catawba River in Lincoln County. The mill features large windows, a clerestory with exposed heart pine beams, original hardwood flooring, and distressed brick walls, supporting an industrial and vintage aesthetic that accommodates a range of wedding styles from modern to vintage. Located four miles from downtown Lincolnton and centrally positioned between Charlotte, Mooresville, and Hickory. Couples and vendors highlight the photogenic grounds, kind and communicative staff, and the venue's adaptability for different wedding styles.

This vendor hasn’t completed verification

Verified vendors have uploaded credentials such as a business license or proof of insurance, and our team reviewed each document by hand. Verification is a trust signal, not a requirement: you can still reach out, and payments run through Stripe either way.

The Laboratory Mill hasn't claimed their United Vows profile yet, but you can still reach them.

We don't have an email address on file for The Laboratory Mill, so we can't forward an inquiry to them. The way to reach them today is to call (704) 240-4718. You can still send one here — we'll keep it on your inquiries list, and it will be waiting for them the moment they claim this profile.

Two things worth knowing before you transact:

If your booking happens on United Vows: A $100 United Vows welcome or favor credit, if you hold one — this credit comes off one booking here, in full, funded from our commission on it, once that booking is a booking of $2,900 or more, paid to them in a single payment of at least $1,500 — you get messaging, quotes and contracts in one place, your payment runs securely through Stripe against a signed contract, and if the vendor no-shows, cancels close to your date or delivers nothing you can file a claim from the booking, which they have seven days to answer.
If the booking happens off-platform: none of the above. Your credits don't redeem. We can't help if anything goes sideways.

The simplest move: when you reach out, ask The Laboratory Mill to claim their profile. It's free and takes a few minutes. It keeps your booking on the platform where everything we built for you actually works.
