Little Dove Floral is a Charlotte, NC wedding and event florist offering full-service, garden-inspired floral design with a collaborative process. Rachel and her team focus on original, garden-inspired designs using unique flower varieties and seasonal sourcing from NC farms, working without a floral minimum and taking on a limited number of weddings per season to give each one dedicated attention. Rachel has worked with flowers since age 17, starting in a grocery store floral department, later becoming assistant manager at a flower shop in Milwaukee, and moving to Charlotte in 2018 before founding Little Dove Floral. Based in Charlotte, NC, serving couples within a 2-hour radius of the city. Couples consistently highlight Rachel's ability to understand and execute their vision, her flower knowledge and thoughtful recommendations, her communication throughout the planning process, and her willingness to work within budget without compromising design.
