Coopers Hall is a Portland urban winery and event venue operating out of a converted auto body shop, offering weddings and private events across two locations. The venue features wine on tap produced in-house, a seasonal food menu sourced from Oregon producers, and multiple event spaces with food, beverage, and furniture available in-house. Hospitality and Event Director Jennifer Ertler has been with Coopers Hall since 2014, Co-Executive Chef Jeremy Pratt since 2015, and Co-Executive Chef Tyler Weeks since 2017. Managing Partner Joel Gunderson co-founded Coopers Hall as the first and only winery in Oregon dedicated to wine on tap. Coopers Hall has two Portland locations: 404 SE 6th Ave and 2218 NE Broadway St. One wedding vendor also recommends the venue for destination weddings given its proximity to Portland hotels and nightlife. Reviewers consistently highlight the food, the organized and professional staff, and a space described as beautiful enough to require very little outside decoration. One couple described the atmosphere as feeling like an intimate Thanksgiving dinner at Hogwarts, and a frequent wedding photographer notes the food is consistently some of the most delicious and well-executed at any wedding venue they have worked.
