Independent Restaurant Catering

Independent Restaurant Catering (IRC) is a Portland-based catering operation offering food and beverage service across a collective of nine restaurant venues, with additional offsite catering available. IRC describes its style as 'Casual Sophistication,' drawing on Pacific Northwest ingredients across a team of chefs versed in multiple culinary disciplines; venues include Produce Row Cafe, Paddy's Bar and Grill, and North 45, among others.
