Gluten Free Gem is an independent, family-run bakery located in Portland's Lloyd District, operating as a 100% dedicated gluten-free facility for wedding pastries and desserts. The bakery offers a seasonally rotating menu of pastries, cakes, cupcakes, and desserts, including tiramisu, cinnamon rolls, coffee cakes, and cheesecakes, all available for pre-order with 72 hours notice or daily in-shop on a first-come, first-served basis. Owner Anne Miller began baking gluten free in 2006 after her daughter was diagnosed with Celiac Disease, and the bakery has operated under the Gluten Free Gem name since moving to N.
