FAT Cupcake

FAT Cupcake is a Portland-area bakery with three locations offering cupcakes, custom cakes, and wedding catering services. FAT Cupcake serves over a dozen rotating flavors daily, including eccentric options alongside classics, and offers custom wedding cakes and cupcake orders alongside a signature item called The Charlie: a chocolate cupcake baked with a peanut butter cup in the center, frosted with peanut butter buttercream and drizzled with ganache. Founded by Anjelica Otness on September 1, 2014, when she was 24 years old, the bakery grew to three locations within five years. FAT Cupcake operates three locations: SE Woodstock Boulevard in Portland, Oregon City, and Happy Valley.
