Nahid's Global Events is a San Diego-based wedding and event planning firm, founded and led by Nahid Farhoud, specializing in Indian, Persian, and multicultural celebrations. The firm is known for one-of-a-kind event designs rooted in cultural traditions, with deep experience in South Asian, Persian, African, Middle Eastern, and other multicultural celebrations, including destination weddings worldwide. Nahid Farhoud has over two decades of experience and has operated the firm since 2005; she holds certifications from the Association of Bridal Consultants, Jean Picard Wedding Consulting, and the Special Event, is a founding member of WIPA, and was voted Best Wedding Planner by Wedding Wire from 2010 to 2018 and by The Knot in 2018 and 2019. Based in Southern California, Nahid's Global Events is available worldwide and has planned events in locations including Lebanon, France, Egypt, and Mexico. Clients highlight Nahid's calm presence under pressure, proactive communication, vendor management across complex productions (including circus performers, burlesque dancers, and string quartets), and ability to bring highly specific and unconventional visions to life.

Verified vendors have uploaded credentials such as a business license or proof of insurance, and our team reviewed each document by hand. Verification is a trust signal, not a requirement: you can still reach out, and payments run through Stripe either way.

Nahid's Global Events hasn't claimed their United Vows profile yet, but you can still reach them.

We don't have an email address on file for Nahid's Global Events, so we can't forward an inquiry to them. The way to reach them today is to call (619) 920-2976. You can still send one here — we'll keep it on your inquiries list, and it will be waiting for them the moment they claim this profile.

Two things worth knowing before you transact:

If your booking happens on United Vows: A $100 United Vows welcome or favor credit, if you hold one — this credit comes off one booking here, in full, funded from our commission on it, once that booking is a booking of $2,900 or more, paid to them in a single payment of at least $1,500 — you get messaging, quotes and contracts in one place, your payment runs securely through Stripe against a signed contract, and if the vendor no-shows, cancels close to your date or delivers nothing you can file a claim from the booking, which they have seven days to answer.
If the booking happens off-platform: none of the above. Your credits don't redeem. We can't help if anything goes sideways.

The simplest move: when you reach out, ask Nahid's Global Events to claim their profile. It's free and takes a few minutes. It keeps your booking on the platform where everything we built for you actually works.
