RL Design HTX is a Houston-based floral and event design company offering florals, rentals, decor, lounge furnishings, and lighting for weddings and other celebrations. Roberto-Carlos and Luis are known for large-scale immersive installations, custom floral centerpieces, linens, furniture, draping, and lighting, with a process that begins with drawn renderings and physical mockups before production. Founded in 2020 by RC and Luis, who bring a combined 15 to 20 years of experience in the events industry; the studio has worked at venues including Boxwood Manor, Bell Tower on 34th, Hotel Zaza, River Oaks Country Club, and The Grove at Discovery Green. Based in Houston, Texas, serving Houston and surrounding areas. Couples and event clients highlight the team's attentiveness to client vision, meticulous detail on florals and decor, and consistent on-time execution; one client noted working with RL Design across three years on a 2,000-plus person annual event.

This vendor hasn’t completed verification

Verified vendors have uploaded credentials such as a business license or proof of insurance, and our team reviewed each document by hand. Verification is a trust signal, not a requirement: you can still reach out, and payments run through Stripe either way.

RL Design HTX hasn't claimed their United Vows profile yet, but you can still reach them.

We don't have an email address on file for RL Design HTX, so we can't forward an inquiry to them. The way to reach them today is to call (832) 788-6523. You can still send one here — we'll keep it on your inquiries list, and it will be waiting for them the moment they claim this profile.

Two things worth knowing before you transact:

If your booking happens on United Vows: A $100 United Vows welcome or favor credit, if you hold one — this credit comes off one booking here, in full, funded from our commission on it, once that booking is a booking of $2,900 or more, paid to them in a single payment of at least $1,500 — you get messaging, quotes and contracts in one place, your payment runs securely through Stripe against a signed contract, and if the vendor no-shows, cancels close to your date or delivers nothing you can file a claim from the booking, which they have seven days to answer.
If the booking happens off-platform: none of the above. Your credits don't redeem. We can't help if anything goes sideways.

The simplest move: when you reach out, ask RL Design HTX to claim their profile. It's free and takes a few minutes. It keeps your booking on the platform where everything we built for you actually works.
