Your Private Chef is a Katy-based private catering service led by Chef Will, available for intimate dinners, birthday celebrations, anniversaries, and other private events. Chef Will designs multi-course menus, including dishes such as blackened chicken creole puff appetizers, braised lamb shanks, bananas foster, and frittatas, with full service from a named team including servers and kitchen staff who leave the space spotless.
