Avalon Music is a Houston-based live music booking agency providing bands, DJs, and musicians for weddings, corporate events, and private parties, operating since 1993. Avalon books a wide range of ensembles, from single vocalists and harpists to string quartets and full orchestras, across genres including Big Band, Mariachi, Jazz and Swing, Latin and Salsa, and Country Western. Founded in 1993 as a chamber music booking agency, Avalon has provided entertainment at more than 10,000 Houston area weddings over more than 30 years, and was awarded the Shining Star Award by the Wish Upon a Wedding Houston Foundation on November 11, 2010.
