Polished Chef

Polished Chef is a Dallas-based private chef service that brings multi-course, in-home fine dining to weddings and private events, led by Executive Chef and sommelier Nathan Davis. Polished Chef offers fully bespoke menus built around ingredients such as Wagyu filet mignon, live lobsters, Bluefin tuna, and hand-selected caviar, with wine pairings guided by certified sommeliers and a private-label caviar tasting curated by Chef Nathan. Chef Nathan Davis founded Polished Chef in 2020 after working as youngest sous chef at the Thompson Hotel under the John Besh Restaurant Group at age 23, and later under celebrity chef Emeril Lagasse and as Chef de Cuisine at Cuvee Kitchen + Wine Bar; the company has since expanded into seven states and earned the 2025 Global Recognition Award in two categories, as well as the title of Best Chef in Destin from VIP Destin Magazine in 2023. Polished Chef serves clients across the Dallas metro area, including Dallas County, Tarrant County, Collin County, and Denton County, as well as Houston, the 30A area in Florida, Miami, Los Angeles, and New York.
