Eating Royally is a Dallas-based upscale catering company founded by Darren McGrady, former private chef to Queen Elizabeth II, Diana Princess of Wales, and Princes William and Harry. Eating Royally offers corporate, private, and wedding catering with creative food, bespoke menus, and a full team of trained chefs and TABC licensed servers; a high tea pickup option from their Dallas kitchen is also available. Darren McGrady served as private chef to the Royal Family for fifteen years, has cooked for five US Presidents, appeared on The Oprah Winfrey Show and NBC Today Show, and authored two cookbooks including 'Eating Royally; recipes and remembrances from a palace kitchen,' now in its sixth print. Based in Dallas, Texas, Eating Royally is available to cater anywhere in the USA.
