The Artists Collective

The Artists Collective is a San Antonio portrait photography studio led by Nancy, offering heirloom portraiture, branding and headshots, and school and sports programs. Nancy's work spans family and engagement portraits, corporate headshots, and school photo days, with an approach built on calm direction, thoughtful lighting, and a process she describes as designed to run smoothly without losing care. Before founding The Artists Collective, Nancy built and led a wedding photography studio for over 15 years, photographing hundreds of weddings across Chicago and beyond; she also brings nearly two decades of experience photographing people in meaningful moments. Based in San Antonio, with regular travel to Austin and other locations for portrait sessions and organizational photo days. Couples who booked engagement sessions note that Nancy guided them through the shoot, helped them feel comfortable despite being camera shy, and created a studio viewing experience to help them select and size prints for their home.
