Tim The Girl Catering

Tim The Girl Catering is a San Antonio catering company founded in 2011, now led by Owner and Executive Chef Adesuwa Elaiho, a Le Cordon Bleu Paris-trained chef and sommelier, under the Asukar family. The company builds custom menus using seasonal ingredients, with an approach inspired by the Italian Riviera; couples can expect pre-wedding tastings, flexible menu adjustments, and bar service including specialty cocktails and beer. Founded in 2011 by Chef Tim McDiarmid, a James Beard Fellow and Food Network Chopped competitor, the company transitioned in 2025 to Chef Adesuwa Elaiho, winner of more than 40 international awards whose work has appeared in The New York Times, Southern Living, Food Network, Woman's World, and Magnolia and Moonshine. Based in San Antonio, serving San Antonio and the Hill Country. Couples highlight the vibrant colors and textures of food presentation, flexible and seasonal menu customization, attentive coordination from staff including Ashley and Scott, and dishes such as manchego cheese with chorizo appetizers, roasted butternut squash with goat cheese, and freshly baked bread stations.
