Big City Catering

Big City Catering is an Orlando-based catering company serving weddings, corporate events, and special gatherings with made-from-scratch menus and full-service staffing. Big City offers customizable menus built from scratch, with service options including plated dinners, appetizers, buffets, late-night bites, bar packages, and stations such as build-your-own mac and cheese bars and prime rib carving stations. Owner Tom Pokorny moved to Orlando in 1994 and previously led catering teams at Universal Orlando serving up to 20,000 guests before acquiring the former Fenwick Caterers and developing Big City Catering; the management team has collectively gathered more than a hundred years of hospitality and catering experience, and Tracy Harper and Kristina Mollo Dunn have each been with the company since 2011. Big City Catering is based in Orlando and has catered weddings at venues including Luxmore Grande Estate, Cypress Grove Estate House, the Brannon Center in New Smyrna Beach, Paradise Cove, Lake Mary Events Center, Grand Ol' Barn, The Mulberry, and Bramble Tree.
