Flow Event Group is a Minneapolis-based wedding photo, video, and DJ team led by Rick, offering photography, videography, DJ services, and photo booth for weddings and corporate events. Rick operates as a photographer, videographer, and DJ simultaneously; the team is known for candid, photojournalistic coverage, coordinating timelines and locations on the day, and taking on destination weddings. After more than 1,000 weddings and events, Flow Event Group has worked across a range of styles and locations, including destination weddings in the South of France and Nassau, Bahamas. Based in Minneapolis, available for destination events; confirmed travel to Nassau, Bahamas and the South of France. Couples consistently note Rick's ability to blend into the day without staging moments, his skill at coordinating timelines and solving issues proactively, and the team's coverage across photography, videography, DJ, and photo booth services.

This vendor hasn’t completed verification

Verified vendors have uploaded credentials such as a business license or proof of insurance, and our team reviewed each document by hand. Verification is a trust signal, not a requirement: you can still reach out, and payments run through Stripe either way.

Flow Event Group hasn't claimed their United Vows profile yet, but you can still reach them.

We don't have an email address on file for Flow Event Group, so we can't forward an inquiry to them. The way to reach them today is to call (651) 494-2775. You can still send one here — we'll keep it on your inquiries list, and it will be waiting for them the moment they claim this profile.

Two things worth knowing before you transact:

If your booking happens on United Vows: A $100 United Vows welcome or favor credit, if you hold one — this credit comes off one booking here, in full, funded from our commission on it, once that booking is a booking of $2,900 or more, paid to them in a single payment of at least $1,500 — you get messaging, quotes and contracts in one place, your payment runs securely through Stripe against a signed contract, and if the vendor no-shows, cancels close to your date or delivers nothing you can file a claim from the booking, which they have seven days to answer.
If the booking happens off-platform: none of the above. Your credits don't redeem. We can't help if anything goes sideways.

The simplest move: when you reach out, ask Flow Event Group to claim their profile. It's free and takes a few minutes. It keeps your booking on the platform where everything we built for you actually works.
