Food Gallery Catering is a woman-owned boutique catering company based in Minneapolis, serving weddings, corporate events, and celebrations of all sorts. Food Gallery offers curated menus with bold flavors across formats including passed apps, grazing tables, slider bars, taco stations, and full-service feasts, with options that are seasonal, sustainable, and accommodate global, gluten-free, and vegetarian preferences. Founded by Sarah Enrico and operating since 2014, the culinary program is led by Chef Nicole Pederson-Bates, who trained at Gramercy Tavern, Lula Cafe, and C-House under Marcus Samuelsson across kitchens in France, New York, and Chicago. Based in Minneapolis at 2010 E Hennepin Ave, serving the Twin Cities metro area.
