Brasa Premium Catering

Brasa's style of cooking, described as American Creole, draws on African, European, and Native influences using beans, rice, corn, greens, root vegetables, and simple proteins; catering packages include appetizers, dinner buffets, and desserts. Brasa was created by Alex and Margo Roberts in 2007, with catering launched in 2019, and restaurant locations now in Northeast Minneapolis, St. Paul, Southwest Minneapolis, and Hopkins. Based in the Twin Cities, with restaurant locations in Northeast Minneapolis, St. Paul, Southwest Minneapolis, and Hopkins. Couples consistently praise the food quality, generous portions with leftovers to take home, friendly and organized staff, and a personal touch that includes handwritten notes and a complimentary bottle of bubbly on the wedding day.
